Parking: Free parking is located two blocks away
Limited off-street parking in available, for a nominal fee, on a first-come, first-served basis. Meter parking in front of L'Habitation is also available
(the meters accept nickels, dimes and quarters).

Policies: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. We are not responsible for flight delays, flight cancellations, health issues or weather-related problems (including hurricanes). For your convenience, we have provided below the link to
Travel Guard Insurance.

No refund will be issued for an early departure.

We are not responsible for theft, damage or injury during your stay at
L'Habitation Guesthouse.

A $50 replacement fee will be charged in the event of a lost room key.

All rooms are NON-SMOKING, a $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to you,
if you smoke in the room, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

NO cooking appliances are allowed.

NO pets allowed.

Your well-behaved children, 12 yrs. and up are welcome.
